Skills: Help Desk Mgt, / Problem Mgmt, / Team Management, Good Communication and Analytical skills, Exposure to ITSM and ITIL Framework, MIS, Causal Analysis, Exposure to Audits, Incident/ Problem and Service Level Management.

Job Responsibilities:
- Help Desk Management Good technical support skills
- Good Communication and Analytical skills, Exposure ITIL Framework, Causal Analysis, Incident/ Problem and Service Level Management.
- To act as technical support specialist within the helpdesk team, coordination with different verticals within IT and outside IT.
- To lead a small group of helpdesk associates, Causal analysis, incident and service level management
